Have I got a treat for you guys today! You don’t want to miss this giveaway, trust me 🙂
My friend Lauren is a blogger who left an established career in finance last spring to follow her dreams and open a bakery. I admire her so much for taking the risk and couldn’t be happier for the success she’s had!
She now runs an online bakery called Keep It Sweet Desserts that specializes in artisinal mail-order desserts. They offer classic favorites like chocolate chip cookies as well as modern day twists like buttercream filled cookie sandwiches. They have gift baskets (including Christmas and Chanukah options for the holidays) and even a Cookie of the Month Club – how cool is that?! Keep it Sweet Desserts has received recognition for its amazing treats from The Today Show, Fox & Friends, and was even a finalist in the 2012 Martha Stewart American Made Awards.
Lauren graciously offered to send me a few samples to try, and they exceeded my expectations in every way! Shane and I fought over the chocolate chip cookies with their chewy centers and rich caramel notes. They were definitely my favorite. We also tried the triple chocolate cookies, which were so rich and chocolatey Shane declared them one of the best chocolate cookies he’s ever had. And finally, I sampled the pumpkin pie blondies – another big hit! They were thick, chewy, and packed with so much pumpkin flavor, perfect for pumpkin lovers.
You’re itching to try these cookies now too, right? Luckily, Lauren would like to offer one dozen treats of the winner’s choice to one of you! You can keep the goodies for yourself, or use them as a gift for someone else. With the holiday season approaching, a package from Keep It Sweet Desserts is a terrific gift idea! In addition to the fabulous pumpkin pie blondies I sampled, peppermint mocha cookies are another must-try seasonal specialty.
