We’ve reached the final day of my week of giveaways, and I really wish it didn’t have to end. This has been a blast! I’ve loved reading all of your comments, especially the ones about your favorite Trader Joe’s products. My shopping list is going to be a mile long next time I’m there :)

Today’s giveaway is all about my most trusted source of information when it comes to cooking and baking: Cook’s Illustrated. Their cookbooks line my shelves – I’d guess I’ve made hundreds of their recipes, and have very rarely been disappointed by the results. Their rigorous testing, and thorough explanation of why they do things the way they do in their recipes has undoubtedly made me a better cook and baker. I could go on and on about all the reasons I love Cook’s Illustrated, but I’ll spare you – let’s just get to the giveaway!
