This week’s TWD recipe, brownie buttons, selected by Jayma of Two Scientists Experimenting in the Kitchen (thanks Jayma!), was baked at the last minute (as usual) on Monday afternoon (minus the optional orange zest/sugar mixture), topped with a white chocolate glaze that I wound up having to spread like frosting on the buttons because it never achieved a “dipable” (if that’s even a word) consistency, and will hopefully be enjoyed by Shane’s coworkers tomorrow as much as I enjoyed the one button I snagged for a taste test!

These were soooo cute! And tasty too!
These look so adorable, and since they are button sized, means one can eat many, no?
so cute! A perfect little snack, eh?
Your buttons look perfect!
Cute!
Very cute with the frosting! I love to make mini brownie buttons (or brownie bites as I usually call them)… They just seem like more fun than regular brownies.

These are so cute! I think the ganache looks great, even if it wasn’t quite the right consistency (I find melting white chocolate to be tricky). Glad you enjoyed – I really liked these too. I bet they’ll be a huge hit with your hubs’ CWs!
They look perfect, just like your 1 sentence description.
These are great. I love the way they look all stacked together.
I like the swirly look of the white chocolate. Great sentence!

I used the orange and really liked the combination; we ate them but did not take a picture or even post, got a bit lazy this week. Yours look great!
The brownie buttons are adorable, great job! I had to spread the white chocolate too, since I got crumbs in the white chocolate when I dipped.
super cute! i thought mine wasn’t dippable b/c i made bigger ones – guess it wasn’t just me!
One sentence looks almost as good as those brownies.
